The562 is pleased to announce that our coverage of Long Beach Poly for the 2022-23 school year will be sponsored by Jackrabbit alum and current Las Vegas Raider Jayon Brown, as well as Playfair Sports Management.
Brown graduated from Poly in 2013 after winning a CIF-SS title in 2012, and was a standout at UCLA before being drafted by the Tennessee Titans. Now in his sixth season, Brown is making his debut with the Raiders. Playfair Sports Management is a full-service management company that represents several NFL players.
“Nothing means more to us than when athletes that Mike, JJ and Tyler covered give back and support,” said The562.org’s publisher Andy Kerr. “It shows that the coverage is meaningful to student-athletes in Long Beach and allows us to continue putting out the best product in the city.”
