Millikan’s Jack Brown the top LB runner in the boys’ D1 race today. He was 104th after the first mile but made up a ton of ground, catching 32 runners on mile 2 and 22 more on the last mile, clocking a 16:02.5 for a Top 50 finish
Millikan boys finish 11th in the team standings, led by Moore League individual champion Jack Brown, who finished really well over the last mile to place 50th in 16:02.5

Congrats to junior Nadia Mejia on the school record today for Wilson! She was eligible for State but was 6th among eligible runners (Top 5 advance)

Nadia Mejia is the top finisher from Long Beach, finishing 18th in the D1 race in a time of 18:13.6. Poly’s Avery Peck came through 21st in 18:20.1
