Compton and Wilson meet at Compton College Thursday night in a big matchup as both teams look to inch closer to being playoff eligible.
Compton is 2-4 coming off a tough loss to Cabrillo last week, but will welcome some new faces to the field after the CIF-SS mandated sit-out period for transfers.
One of those guys will be junior Demari Weathers, a Leuzinger transfer that will look to add some firepower to the Tarbabes offense that has been looking for someone to compliment Diontae Dill.
For Wilson, they sit at 3-2 after losing to Millikan last week. The offense will continue to look to get back in rhythm and will rely on QB Mack Cooper and WR Max Barbee to set the tone.
