Before the season, the Jordan and Millikan matchup appeared like it could be a high-scoring affair after the teams combined for 78 points last season and 112 the season before.
However, after some shuffling at Jordan, the two teams are on the opposite side of momentum as Millikan has found its identity in a powerful rushing attack led by running backs Anthony league and Xavier Jones.
Millikan (4-2,2-0) is riding high off of a 45-10 complete win against Wilson last week where the Rams scored in multiple ways on offense and in special teams. League finished the game with an average of 11.7 yards per carry in a dominating performance.
For Jordan (1-4, 0-1), the Panthers are coming off of a bye and will look to get some continuity on offense after only scoring more than a single touchdown once so far this season.
The two will matchup at DeHaven Stadium Friday at 7 pm.
