Millikan girls’ golf finished the first half of Moore League play in first place after a 219-233 win over Long Beach Poly on Tuesday at Recreation Park Golf Course. The Rams upset Wilson last week.
Junior Isabel Lopez led the Rams with a 1-over par round of 39. Hailey Stoskopf (42) and Janelle Pulido (43) were also key contributors for Millikan.
Long Beach Poly freshman Lauren Fearence of Poly was the medalist with an impressive 5-under par round of 33 that included four birdies and an eagle.
Millikan hosts Lakewood on Thursday at El Dorado Park Golf Course, while Poly takes on Cabrillo at Skylinks Golf Course.
