While Long Beach Gives Day falls on Thursday, Sep. 19, early giving is currently underway. During this city-wide day of giving, additional money is awarded to participating nonprofits, rewarding organizations based on the total number of donations, dollars raised, donations during certain times of the day, and more.
Because of those added incentives, this is the best time to support The562’s work, and all donations are tax-deductible.
