The St. Anthony boys’ track and field team continued its historic season Saturday at Moorpark in the CIF-SS Division 4 Track and Field Finals. The Saints had already set the school record in the 4×100 this year, and the quartet of Jonathan Ferguson, Alexander Cobbs, Remy Doering, and Drelonde Johnson bettered their time again at CIF, running a 42.29.
That mark was good enough to claim third place in the Division 4 finals, behind Oaks Christian and Sierra Canyon.
Drelonde Johnson ran in the 100 final and took sixth in 10.78. He had a front-row view of Rodrick Pleasant (Serra) running a 10.09, the fastest all-conditions time in national history.
