Katie Knarr, Millikan Softball
Millikan got a statement win over Long Beach Poly last week, and an offensive explosion from Katie Knarr was a big part of the reason why. The defending league champion Rams got a three-run HR and a double from Knarr in the win over the Jackrabbits.
COLLEGE
Aidan Knipe, Long Beach State Volleyball
Setter Aidan Knipe helped lead Long Beach State to a stunning sweep win over Hawaii last weekend, giving the Rainbow Warriors their first home straight-set loss in three years. Knipe guided the Beach offense to a .484 hitting clip, while putting up 43 assists in just three sets of action.
