The Long Beach State men’s basketball team had its fourth consecutive game canceled this week due to COVID-19 protocols. The Beach (3-7) was scheduled to visit Cal Poly on Thursday to open Big West Conference play.
Because of recently adjusted Big West guidelines, the game against Cal Poly will be declared a no contest and will not be rescheduled.
LBSU is now scheduled to open conference action at CSU Bakersfield on Saturday.
