The Long Beach State men’s basketball team is back at Walter Pyramid today at 4 p.m. for their third home game of the season against Pacific.
Pacific (7-3) lost to Hawaii earlier this season, but also beat UC Riverside at home last month. The Tigers are led by Jahlil Tripp, who averages 12.1 points and 6.6 rebounds per game.
LBSU and Pacific were Big West Conference rivals for years before the Tigers left for the WCC in 2013. The Beach holds a 56-39 edge in the all-time series.
